Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments and services of Lumo Massage.

By making an appointment, the client declares to agree to these conditions.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, Lumo Massage reserves the right to charge 100% of the treatment costs.

Payment takes place immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment can be made via payment request or in cash.

The client is responsible for providing correct and complete information about his or her state of health.

In case of doubt about medical complaints, it is advised to consult a doctor or specialist first.

Lumo Massage does not make medical diagnoses and does not perform medical treatments.

With certain conditions or health complaints, massage may be completely or partially discouraged.

The client must report, among other things:

• Fever or infections
• Contagious skin diseases
• Serious cardiovascular diseases
• Thrombosis
• Pregnancy
• Recent operations or injuries
• Other relevant medical conditions

Lumo Massage reserves the right to refuse a treatment if it is not considered responsible.

The treatments are aimed at relaxation and well-being.

Lumo Massage is not liable for damage, injury or health complaints arising from the client's withholding of relevant medical information.

The liability of Lumo Massage is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance.

Both the masseuse and the client are expected to observe personal hygiene.

Respectful behaviour is expected from both parties.

In case of transgressive behaviour, intimidation or unwanted sexual remarks or actions, the treatment will be terminated immediately.

Personal data are treated confidentially and used exclusively for the execution of the services and administration.

Lumo Massage acts in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

All treatments offered by Lumo Massage have exclusively a professional and relaxing character.

Erotic or sexual services are not offered. Requests in this direction lead to immediate termination of the treatment.

If a client has a complaint, they are requested to report it as soon as possible so that a suitable solution can be sought together.

Dutch law applies to all agreements and treatments of Lumo Massage.
